Over the years, I stuck to the main characters on both sides of the line, never really delving into the minor characters side. So one day I started to draw just those characters. Unicornkeepers, Warrior Maidens, Mandora, Safari Joe and the many guises of Mumm-Ra. It was a challenge I took on with some disdain that quickly became a growing interest to draw all the characters that appeared on the show and in the comic book. I heard my "TCs" pen pals say they had never seen anyone take on these characters or the mecha of the show before. They enjoyed seeing the range.
